Let It Go Flow
Chronic stress can wreak havoc on our minds and bodies. The long-term activation of the stress response system and the overexposure to cortisol and other stress hormones that follow can disrupt all our body’s processes, putting us at greater risk for:

• Muscle tension and pain
• Heart disease, heart attack, high blood pressure and stroke
• Sleep problems
• Weight gain
• Memory and concentration impairment
In this gentle Vinyasa flow, we will incorporate deep release poses and twists combined with breathing techniques to calm your mind and help release stress and tension. We’ll learn tools to help manage stress on and off our mat.
